Kathy’s outgoing personality, mixed with her interests in beauty, fashion, and art, led her to a career in cosmetology. However, her occupation didn’t limit her interests in other areas. Kathy is as handy in the kitchen as she is in a beauty salon. Over the years, she’s enhanced her creativity by focusing on her culinary savvy innovation for healthy lifestyles.
If there is one thing Kathy has never stopped striving to perfect, it’s finding balance. In May 2011, America met Kathy when she joined the season 3 cast of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. It was through this medium that she was able to showcase the home life she’s built with Rich, as well as her culinary prowess and strong personality.
Kathy has several entrepreneurial endeavors that she’s very excited about. In December of 2011, Kathy introduced her Goddess Eye Jewelry Collection, now available through this website. A portion of sales from the collection will be donated to The National Brain Tumor Society. In February of 2012, Kathy plans to release her new ready to pour cocktail “Red Velvet Cosmo” based on one of Kathy’s favorite desserts. Now, you can have your cake and drink it too! Building on her cocktail, Kathy is also in the process of developing an ideal dessert line that will deliver indulgent gourmet quality at their peak of freshness in the perfect individually sized portion.
